Flight schedules can't be broken, and flights in progress can't simply land at the nearest airport for repairs. Our Customer Care Center handles all technical and non-technical issues at the moment of need, anywhere in the world. Specially trained customer service specialists are equipped to handle a variety of situations in real time from customers across the globe - on the ground and in the air.

Based in Lake Forest, CA, the Mission Control Center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our around-the-clock services include:
  • AOG FAX allows our customers to transmit AOG requirements and paperwork electronically.

  • AOG@panasonic.aero – an email address for quick delivery of AOG requirements.

  • ccc@panasonic.aero – an email address our customers can use to request information about their purchase orders, repair orders, shipments and any other customer service related issues.


  • SQAR – Supplier Quality Assurance Requirements (SQAR) provided as a PDF document.
  • Panasonic Avionics CorporationMission Control Center –provides direct contact from an Panasonic Avionics Corporation-capable aircraft to the Mission Control Center's Technical Support team, allowing in-flight cabin crew personnel to get immediate assistance in resolving an IFE system problem as well as connected aircraft support.
