Kenshi Taniguchi serves as the Director for Avionics Business Unit (ABU), Panasonic Corporation. In this role, Kenshi is responsible for all product planning, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales support activities in Osaka, Japan.
Kenshi also serves of Vice President of Panasonic Avionics Development Center (PADC). PADC was established by Panasonic Avionics Corporation to explore new business opportunities and develop innovative technologies for its core portfolio and also outside of IFEC. Kenshi is responsible for both business development and system design at PADC.
Kenshi has spent his entire career at Panasonic, beginning in 1988 in the Corporate Research and Development Division.
In 2004, he moved to Avionics Business Division (ABD). Kenshi moved to positions of increasing responsibility, in 2011 when he was named General Manager of Engineering group of ABD. In 2015, Kenshi was named General Manager of ABD. In 2016, Kenshi was named Director of ABU.
In 2017, Kenshi had an additional role of VP of PADC.
Kenshi graduated from Kumamoto University with a Degree in Electrical Engineering and graduated from Doshisha University with a Graduate Master Degree of Business Administration.
