Sean Gavin serves as the Vice President of Panasonic Technical Services at Panasonic Avionics Corporation.

Panasonic Technical Services provides line maintenance, repair, technical support, material/logistics services and heavy maintenance support at over 75 locations around the world. Sean is responsible for over 1,200 direct employees, operating 24/7 under maintenance and repair approvals issued by 22 National Aviation Authorities. Services range from one-stop turnkey programs, to customized solutions that support subcontracted organizations and customer engineering, which are fully tailored to their individual needs.

Sean began his career as an avionics maintenance apprentice. Prior to joining Panasonic in 2007, he held positions at British Airways, Rockwell Collins, and Vision Systems International, including Fleet Technical Engineer, Quality Manager, ProductLine Director and Product Support Director
