As Vice President of Product Line Management, I lead Panasonic Avionics’ global product vision, design and development, and go-to-market strategy. Additionally, as Global Head of Marketing, I oversee all marketing, branding and communication strategy and execution for the company.
My goals are to build widely used differentiated products, enhance our customer satisfaction, be the lead steward of our brand, and continuously innovate in the industry.
Prior to this role, I spent more than 20 years at IBM, including 10-plus years in executive roles in the areas of marketing, product management and digital transformation. I had the opportunity to work both globally and regionally in Japan, China and Latin America, developing a strong global markets perspective.
I’ve always been passionate about market-making, value creation and value capturing, and I’m excited to be part of Panasonic Avionics’ strategic contribution to reshape the future of air travel.
Outside of work, I look for opportunities to give back to society in a meaningful way. I care deeply about sustainable development and helping marginalized people. To that end, I co-founded a non-profit organization in Ecuador, my home country, serving rural communities with primary care, child care and family counseling.
