As Vice President, Sales, I have overall sales and account management responsibility for Panasonic Avionics Corporation. I lead teams that develop new sales strategies, drive our global sales operations process and sales enablement, cultivate our business intelligence and analytics capability, and that support integrating solutions for our airline customers. This broad scope of responsibility is focused on delivering a winning growth culture, seeking the highest levels of customer account management, and through our airline partners, make flying an experience everyone looks forward to.
Panasonic Avionics is embarking on an exciting journey. We are at the forefront of taking the latest advances in consumer electronics, connectivity and digital capability, and translating that into engaging products, services and solutions that fundamentally enhance airline success and passenger enjoyment.
I’ve spent 14 years at Panasonic Avionics, and with the rapid growth and new activities and challenges we tackle each year, it still feels like I am new to the organization. Each day, I am reinvigorated by delivering success to our customers, our business, our teams and our people.
Prior to being a part of the Panasonic Avionics organization, I led a mid-sized engine/airframe Parts Manufacturer Approval design, development and distribution company. Before that, I managed strategic plans, business management and sales processes across a $350 million division, with eight different aerospace businesses, as Business Development Director. Driving topline and bottom-line growth across a variety of commercial aviation businesses has served as excellent preparation for my current role.
Before joining the business world, I received a degree in geography from the University of Hull, England. In my free time, I continue to enjoy playing squash and tennis. Soccer has always been an enduring passion and I follow the English Premier League and my national team. My wife, Lorraine, and I have two grown daughters Amy and Jenny. My family is a constant source of joy, relaxation and comfort—especially in times away from the busy world of inflight entertainment and supporting our airline partners.
