What We Do

Panasonic Technical Services (PTS) helps drive strategic outcomes for airlines by creating optimal flight experiences for passengers and creating efficient operations. Our primary objective is to offer customized maintenance solutions, giving you greater peace of mind by ensuring guaranteed performance and cost.

Our proactive maintenance approach keeps your fleet operating at top performance levels. By using performance tools on and off-wing, and scheduling cabin checks to detect any system anomalies, our team finds and corrects most defects that have gone unreported.

Our Global Presence

Our global maintenance support infrastructure consists of 45 maintenance line stations and 8 repair stations, holding over 20 different NAA Approvals.

SPARES

Guaranteeing the right part at the right time

Our services include the sale of new, used, hard to find, and discontinued parts. This includes new LRU, component parts, and a variety of refurbished, fully-certified used parts. To meet specialized needs, our 24/7 spares support also includes aircraft on the ground (AOG) with expedited global shipping. Additionally, we provide LRU loans, standard or advanced exchanges, and long-term support agreements.

TECH SERVICES

Protecting your investment

We understand the importance of IFE availability to your passengers, and our services increase system availability through the following array of PTS Tech Services: Custom Software & Media IFE System Verification Racks For faster deployment, Panasonic Technical Services designs and manufactures Inflight Entertainment Test Racks. Ad Hoc Services – Technical Support Our technical support teams are stationed globally, can be dispatched on short notice, and will work with local maintenance teams to support retrofits, training, aircraft surveys, and troubleshooting. Specialized Inflight Entertainment Maintenance Tools Our toolkits contain commercially available tools, accessories, and any custom harnesses required, along with Operator’s Manuals and customized classroom training.
